It is made from gram dal, mustard oil and sugar syrup. It is available at 2 in 10 and Rs 140 per kg.

People come from far and wide to taste the Imarti here. Earlier this shop was run by Rameshwar Singh. The shop where tea and peda were sold is now managed by his sons Pawan Singh and Jeevan Singh Pankaj Singh. Now many types of sweets are made here. But the craze of Imarti here is something special.

Delicious Imarti Jalebi chana is prepared from gram flour. First, gram flour is prepared at home from gram dal. After that the gram flour is moistened by adding water. It is filtered in mustard oil. After filtering the oil, sugar syrup is prepared for sweetness. In which Imarti is immersed for some time. After that Imarti is ready. Which also tastes quite good. Two Imarti are given for ₹10. Whereas it is sold at Rs 140 per kg.

Shopkeeper Jeevan Singh told that my father Rameshwar Singh used to sell tea and peda. After studies, when we three brothers did not get jobs, we took our father’s shop forward. More than half a dozen types of sweets are prepared on it, but it is said that the craze of Imarti here is quite special. Because Imarti is prepared with all the ingredients prepared at home. Because of which the taste tastes quite good. This is why people come from far and wide to eat.
